In 2005, I decided to become a REALTOR®. “It was a huge “leap of faith” for me and God has definitely blessed my decision. I started as a Remax REALTOR®. In 2008 we became Hoosier Homes & Land. My husband, Randy Ringo, and I have recently taken another 'leap of faith'. Randy is now a licensed REALTOR®, I am now a Principal Broker and together we now "OWN" - HOOSIER HOMES & LAND.
It is our strong desire to continue the solid reputation built by the previous owners. My late grandfather, Robert Scharf, was a businessman and his favorite scripture was, "A good name is more desirable than great riches..." (Proverbs 22:1). It is our hope to always honor that desire above all else.
One of our sons, Brady Albright, has recently acquired his Real Estate license and will be joining us to serve the Indianapolis Area. So we are very excited about this new adventure. Together Randy and I have 4 sons, one beautiful granddaughter and another grandchild on the way. After God and our family, we are very dedicated to our Real Estate Business and strive to provide outstanding results to our home buyers and sellers. Community values are very important to us.
I work FULLTIME as a REALTOR® at Hoosier Homes & Land and I love it! Since I received my real estate license, I have had hundreds of closings and I am a multi-million dollar producer. I have won several awards based on my sales volume in the past 7 years. One that I am most proud of is "Remax Rookie of the Year" in 2006. This was a surprise to me, as I was competing with real estate agents from the entire state of Indiana. My best year in Sales was 2011, when sales were generally slow, I was getting to the closing table on a regular basis.
I have been a Clay County resident all my life and I have the good fortune of knowing many people. I spent 17 years in Customer Service at Cinergy (now Duke Energy) and 7 years as a church administrator. My 31 years of serving others definitely contributes a great deal to my success as a REALTOR®.
